Every member of staff makes a difference

West London is one of the most diverse and vibrant areas of the capital and our staff reflect the diverse communities we serve.

Whether working on our wards or in the community, as a manager or in our corporate services, every member of staff makes a difference.

  • Our staff are fundamental to what we do. Our sense of community and pride in our work stems from the difference which every member of our staff makes. We’re many people, but one team.
