Recognising and rewarding staff
We put a strong focus on recognising and rewarding our staff for their hard work and achievements. This includes awards for employee and team of the month, presented by the Chief Executive, and our annual Quality Awards event.
In 2020, to celebrate the first global International Year of the Nurse and Midwife, the Trust held a virtual awards ceremony to celebrate and recognise the work of nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic.
