We know that getting and keeping the right kind of job can be an important part of recovery for the people who access the Trust's mental health services.
We offer employment support services to help those on a mental health recovery journey with job retention, support into paid employment and work experience. We support clients of mental health integrated teams (MINT) and early intervention psychosis (EIP).
We can help people with:
- Job Retention - for people who are currently in paid employment and are in need of support in relation to their employment situation.
- Individual Placement and Support (IPS) - supporting service users into paid employment
- Work Experience - For those with a goal of entering paid employment who do not feel ready to take that step just yet.
