We deliver services from a range of locations across Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, and Hounslow, some in partnership with other trusts and organisations.

  • This is a community-based short stay house that offers an alternative to a hospital stay for people experiencing a mental health crisis.

  • Enhanced primary and health care is delivered to Ealing nursing homes by the Argyle Care Homes Service.

  • Trust headquarters are at Armstrong Way, along with the headquarters for Ealing Community Partners. It's also the base for the Ealing child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS), including CAMHS eating disorders.

  • Ealing Recovery Team East and mental health outpatient services are based at Avenue House.

  • The Recovery College, CAMHS Alliance and the Wellbeing Network are based at Brentford Lodge. It's also a location for Hounslow Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) and primary care mental health services.

  • Broadmoor Hospital is a specialist high-secure psychiatric hospital in west Berkshire.

  • Hounslow Recovery Team West and mental health outpatients services are based at Cardinal Centre.

  • Several of Ealing's children's health services are based at Carmelita House, including Ealing child development special school nursing teams, occupational therapy (children), and speech and language therapy (children).

  • The Cassel Hospital in Richmond, south-west London, is a specialist personality disorder service.

  • Liaison psychiatry and clinical psychology services are provided at Charing Cross Hospital.

  • A range of acute mental health outpatients services, including early intervention and the Pathways service are provided from Cherington House.

  • Hammersmith and Fulham Recovery team south are based at the Claybrook Centre, which also provides primary care mental health services.

  • Clayponds Hospital has three specialist rehabilitation wards. It's also the location for speech and language therapy (adult), chronic pain and musculoskeletal physiotherapy services.

  • Dementia link workers and support services for Ealing are based at Dementia Concern.

  • Adult physical health services are offered at Ealing Day Treatment Centre, including speech and language therapy, chronic pain, neurological rehabilitation, falls and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

  • A range of mental health and physical health services are offered at Ealing Hospital, including the discharge hub and intermediate care services, and a clozapine clinic.

  • Ealing cognitive impairment and dementia team and dementia link workers are based at Elm Lodge, where assessment and treatment is also carried out.

  • Physical health services, including bladder and bowel service (adult and children), diabetes (adult), community and district nursing and wound care, are offered at Featherstone Road Health Centre.

  • Hounslow Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) is based at the Feltham Centre for Health.

  • Early Intervention Psychosis (EIP), mental health outpatient services and approved mental health professional assessments are all offered at Fulham Palace Road.

  • Hammersmith and Fulham child and adolescent mental health service (CAMHS) offers treatment from Glenthorne Road.

  • Ealing West Recovery Team is based at the health centre, which also offers mental health outpatient services, and Ealing Community Partners services, including the bladder and bowel service (adult and and for adults, podiatry and diabetes service.

  • Green Lane is the home of the Ealing community team for people with learning disabilities. Adult speech and language therapy is also offered here.

  • Musculoskeletal physiotherapy, podiatry and speech and language therapy are provided at Greenford Green Clinic, along with community and district nursing.

  • Specialist diabetes care in the community is provided at Greenford Methodist Church.

  • Acute mental health services are provided at the Hammersmith and Fulham Mental Health Unit, including psychiatric intensive care. It's also the location for the Clozapine clinic.

  • The perinatal mental health service, which helps pregnant women and new mums with mental health problems, is available at Hammersmith Hospital. The liaison psychiatry service is also available here.

  • Hammersmith and Fulham Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) works from Hammersmith Road.

  • Hounslow child and adolescent mental health service (CAMHS) offers therapy from Heart of Hounslow.

  • A range of services for people diagnosed with dementia are offered at the Hobbayne Centre.

  • Hounslow improving access to psychological therapies (IAPT) offers therapy from the Isleworth Centre.

  • Ealing improving access to psychological therapies (IAPT) offers therapy from the medical centre, which also offers Ealing Community Partners diabetes and musculoskeletal physiotherapy services.

  • The Community Independence Service is located at King Street.

  • Lakeside Mental Health Unit is a specialist hospital that provides care for people who are experiencing acute mental health problems. It also houses a clozapine clinic and eating disorder clinic for adults.

  • The Limes is a 20-bed special care unit for older people with mental health problems and those with dementia. It provides individual care with a focus on retaining independence and quality of life.

  • Hounslow recovery team east is based at London Road.

  • Ealing improving access to psychological therapies (IAPT) offers services from Martin House.

  • Physical health services for adults and children are offered at the health centre. For adults and children, these include nutrition and dietetics, bladder and bowel service, musculoskeletal physiotherapy and podiatry. There's also the diabetes service for adults and occupational therapy and physiotherapy for children.

  • Hounslow child and adolescent mental health services are available from the Meadows Centre for Health.

  • The Orchard Unit provides high-quality care for women who have mental illness, or a personality disorder and who need care in a low, medium or enhanced medium secure setting. It is on St Bernard's Hospital site.

  • The perinatal mental health service, which helps pregnant women and new mums with mental health problems, is available at Queen Charlotte's and Chelsea Hospital.

  • Pathways service is an advice and benefits one-stop-shop for patients with mental health conditions, based at the MIND centre.

  • A wide range of specialist mental health services and some physical health services are delivered at the St Bernard's Hospital site. These include forensic medium and low secure inpatient services.

  • Hammersmith and Fulham Cognitive impairment and dementia team, which provides assessment and treatment for people who experience problems with their mental abilities, such as thinking, knowing and remembering. is based at St Vincent's Hospital.

  • The Ealing Cognitive Impairment and Dementia Team, who provide a range of services including assessment, treatment and support for older people with ongoing mental health problems, is based at Sycamore Lodge.

  • Ealing improving access to psychological therapies (IAPT) provides services from Uxbridge Road. It's also the location for Ealing Community Partners psychological medicine support service.

  • The perinatal mental health service, which helps pregnant women and new mums with mental health problems, is offered at West Middlesex Hospital. The liaison psychiatry service is also available here.

  • The liaison and diversion service is based at Westminster Magistrates’ Court. This service provides specialist mental health assessment for people with vulnerabilities, including mental health concerns, who are in court or a police station, or with a youth offending team (YOT).
