- Please ensure you have read the information about the service on this website before completing the referral form. This will help you to know if this is the right service for you. You can also use the contact details on the service homepage if you need any further advice or support with referring yourself to the service.
- Please be aware that the tri-borough perinatal mental health service is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If help is required urgently or outside of these times, please contact the 24-hour mental health single point of access, you can call them on 0800 328 4444
- Please refer yourself to the service if you are pregnant or if you have a baby who is 18 months or younger. If you have experienced birth trauma or baby loss, please consider referring yourself to the Maternity Trauma and Loss Care (M-TLC) service. If you have a child who is older than 18 months please consider contacting the Mental Health Single Point of Access.
