The work of the service user and carer experience sub committee (SUCE) is central to ensuring Trust services meet the needs of those who use them, with service users and carers having a say in how services are developed and run.
SUCE plays an important role in providing insight and feedback, to help develop and agree how the Trust improves the experience of our service users.
SUCE meets every two months, with additional meetings as required. Meetings (with a minimum of 7 members) will always include:
- Director of Nursing and Patient Experience or the co-chair
- Carer(s)
- Service user(s)
- Representative(s) of Trust service lines
- A member of the governance team.
