  • Enhanced primary and health care is delivered to Ealing nursing homes by the Argyle Care Homes Service.

  • Several of Ealing's children's health services are based at Carmelita House, including Ealing child development special school nursing teams, occupational therapy (children), and speech and language therapy (children).

  • Clayponds Hospital has three specialist rehabilitation wards. It's also the location for speech and language therapy (adult), chronic pain and musculoskeletal physiotherapy services.

  • Dementia link workers and support services for Ealing are based at Dementia Concern.

  • Adult physical health services are offered at Ealing Day Treatment Centre, including speech and language therapy, chronic pain, neurological rehabilitation, falls and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

  • Ealing cognitive impairment and dementia team and dementia link workers are based at Elm Lodge, where assessment and treatment is also carried out.

  • Physical health services, including bladder and bowel service (adult and children), diabetes (adult), community and district nursing and wound care, are offered at Featherstone Road Health Centre.

  • Green Lane is the home of the Ealing community team for people with learning disabilities. Adult speech and language therapy is also offered here.

  • Musculoskeletal physiotherapy, podiatry and speech and language therapy are provided at Greenford Green Clinic, along with community and district nursing.

  • Specialist diabetes care in the community is provided at Greenford Methodist Church.

  • A range of services for people diagnosed with dementia are offered at the Hobbayne Centre.

  • Physical health services for adults and children are offered at the health centre. For adults and children, these include nutrition and dietetics, bladder and bowel service, musculoskeletal physiotherapy and podiatry. There's also the diabetes service for adults and occupational therapy and physiotherapy for children.

  • Pathways service is an advice and benefits one-stop-shop for patients with mental health conditions, based at the MIND centre.
