Ealing Community Partners is a diverse team of around 800 staff, including:

• Healthcare assistants, support workers
• Peer support workers, volunteers and third sector partners
• Administrators, facilities staff and managers
• Registered general adult nurses, including inpatient, community and district nurses 
• Registered mental health and learning disability nurses
• Registered children’s nursing staff 
• Medical staff, with expertise in primary care, endocrinology, psychiatry, geriatrics and community paediatrics
• Allied health professionals, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, speech and language therapy, paramedics, dieticians, music art and drama therapists
• Other clinical staff, including audiologists and psychologists.

We’re one team, employed by a number of organisations, primarily West London NHS Trust (lead provider) and Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, as well as our other partners.

We’re committed to supporting our staff and investing in their future. We have a range of roles from NHS Agenda for Change Band 2 to senior manager across Ealing Community Partners, with opportunities for local progression.
