Pathways is an advice and benefits one-stop-shop for patients with mental health conditions. This service is provided by the Ealing Community Partnership and the charity MIND.
We also work closely with the Mental Health Integrated Network Teams (MINT) in Ealing.
We provide an independent and impartial information, advice and signposting service. This includes advice on:
- Welfare benefits
- Housing
- Debt management
- Access to other support services.

Referrals are also accepted – with the patient’s consent –from ECP Primary Care Plus and recovery teams and other health or social care professionals or carers.
The service supports adult mental health service users, in particular those who are transferring from secondary mental health services to primary care services (GPs).
